Hey all,

I'm posting lots lately?

So I decided to abuse myself this month, and do NaNo this November. For those of you unfamiliar with NaNo it stands for National Novel Writing Month. Basically for one month [Nov.] you can participate in this challenge of writing a 50,000 word novel during November. This is my first year trying..I'm hoping to hit half xDD I know I'm not gonna go the distance...realistically I don't have the time.

Is anyone else gonna torture themselves? xD What your stories are about? Mine still sucks...so I'm not posting anything till...it stops sucking. But i'm curious who else is doing Nano! Best of luck~

Hey all,

I decided to try and breathe some life into my LJ again~ A lot of friends, and wonderful artists update their LJs more than their DA accounts so I'm trying to keep up with people.

I usually don't have much going on in life. Work and play usually~ XD The weather is finally getting cold down here~ So my fire ant project is slowing down a bit since the ants aren't going to be as active. Instead my boss has me doing a lot of youth programs/teaching. Which doesn't suck as much as I thought it would. The smaller kids in Pre-K - 1st are probably the hardest age bracket. Overall though work is great, I really enjoy my job, and so glad I have something to do.

Commissions are getting really busy this month [again]~ After my scramble during the month of Aug [20 commissions] for the dream doll fund I feel pretty creatively drained. I think after this month, which will spill into Nov. I'm not reopening until December I think. I want to work on some of my dolls.

The only project I'm excited about at the moment is the Soom MD Chrom I have here. I've never blushed resin parts quite as large as Chrom's [I did Heliot legs, but those were small in comparison] so it's been a challenge, but a fun one. I'll be throwing up some WIP shots as he slowly gets completed~ The paws are my favorite part! x3 I'm happy with them so far. I know a lot of things could be much better, but first time is always a bit shakey~ Perhaps next time (if i get another Chrom xD) it will be much better now that I know what things to change]
